Message: Sorry, but you have entered an invalid card ID number. Please use the back button on your browser to re-enter the correct card ID. One of the most common reasons for receiving this message and not being able to view the card is that the card ID number you've entered is incorrect. The easiest solution is to copy (cut-and-paste) the Card ID Number from the email card message and paste it into the Card ID box on the Pickup Card page. The other reason could be that the card has expired. When someone sends you a card it is sent to your email address immediately. However, the card is only held for one week (7 days) due to server space considerations. If the date on the card notification you received has a sent date over one week old the card will have been automatically deleted from our server. Note - If you receive a card with an abusive or inappropriate message Keep the Email that you received notifying you that you had a card waiting, and forward a copy to us so that we can look into it. But remember, we have no control over the message that the sender enters into the card being sent. PROBLEMS SENDING A CARD - The most common problem we've seen is that the intended recipients email address is incorrect or no longer in use. Be sure to check that you've entered both the intended recipients email address and your email address when sending a card. If it is not one of the situations listed above and still cannot pickup or send your card, please contact our webmaster. Be sure to include the information sent to you in the email you received.
